Acupuncture involves the insertion of very thin needles through your skin at strategic points on your body. A key component of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture is most commonly used to treat pain. Increasingly, it is being used for overall wellness, including stress management.
Traditional Chinese medicine explains acupuncture as a technique for balancing the flow of energy or life force — known as chi or qi (chee) — believed to flow through pathways (meridians) in your body. By inserting needles into specific points along these meridians, acupuncture practitioners believe that your energy flow will re-balance.

(CST) is a highly effective, extremely gentle approach to helping Baby, newborns and older, find
more comfort in their little body.
Using only a nickel’s weight of pressure, the Craniosacral Therapist applies soft touch (about the
weight of a nickel) and movement in areas of the body to help relieve tensions and restrictions that
could have been formed in utero, through the birthing process, from tumbles, or as a result of
interventions during birth. Life gets moving pretty quickly even for our little ones and CST is a great
way to help them find some ease and stillness.
Craniosacral Therapy can help a wide array of symptoms and conditions such as:
- Tongue tie or trouble latching
- Poor sleep
- Reflux
- Colic
- Torticollis
- Plagiocephaly/Brachycephaly (flat spots on the head)
- Gas
